THE BASIC FEE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Obtain skip trace and basic asset report; prepare, file and serve collection suit; obtain uncontested default judgment (good for 10 years, renewable for 10 more years), Lexis-Nexis research, all filing fees, court costs and process server expenses.

THE BASIC FEE DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSIONS:

Extraordinary efforts to serve suit.

All legal service provided after a case becomes formally contested.

Unscheduled shall be billed at $350/hour for attorney time and $105/hour for paralegal time, and $60/hour for Law Clerk Time. Rates can change on 30 days' written notice.
